| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена економічним та юридичним аспектам компенсації шкоди, завданої злочином, на прикладі України. Мета цієї наукової статті полягає у тому, щоб визначити основні шляхи і механізми компенсації жертві шкоди, заподіяної кримінальним правопорушенням, а також у пошуку шляхів збільшення економічного ефекту від такої компенсації. Статья посвящена экономическим и юридическим аспектам компенсации ущерба, причинённого преступлением, на примере Украины. Цель этой научной статьи состоит в том, чтобы определить основные пути и механизмы компенсации жертве ущерба, причинённого уголовным правонарушением, а также в поиске путей увеличения экономического эффекта такой компенсации. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the economic and legal aspects of compensation for damage caused by an offense using an example of Ukraine. The purpose of this scientific article is to determine the main ways and mechanisms of compensation to the victim of damage caused by an offense, as well as to find promising avenues for increasing the economic effect of such compensation. |
