| Abstract: | У тезах розкрито дуалістичну природу кримінально-правової охорони території України. Доводиться, що в Особливій частині чинного КК України існує принаймні дві такі лінії – за ст. 110 КК та статтями 436 і 437 КК. Розглянуто основні взаємозв’язки між ними. В тезисах раскрыто дуалистическую природу уголовно-правовой охраны территории Украины. Доказывается, что в Особенной части действующего УК Украины существует по крайней мере две такие линии – по ст. 110 УК и статьям 436 и 437 УК. Рассмотрены основные взаимосвязи между ними. |
| Description: | The theses reveal the dual nature of the criminal law protection of the territory of Ukraine. It is proved that in the Special Part of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine there are at least two such lines – according to Art. 110 of the Criminal Code and Articles 436 and 437 of the Criminal Code. The main interrelations between them are considered. |
