| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The article is devoted to the scientific and practical commentary to Art. 20 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Diminished sanity». The formula of diminished sanity is studied; the correlation of diminished sanity with sanity, insanity, and guilt is analyzed; the criminal-law consequences of a recognition of a person as a limited condemned are considered. The expert decisions of forensic psychiatric examinations in Ukraine for 2002-2005, as well as the practice of applying Art. 20 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine by local, appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Ukraine were noted. |
