Проведено аналіз таких категорій як плата за землю, платник земельного податку, пільги по сплаті земельного податку та ін. Розкриваються окремі передумови існування земельного податку. Підкреслено необхідність внесення змін до законодавства, що регулює оподаткування землі. Зроблено висновки стосовно пропозицій щодо вирішення зазначених проблем.uk_UA
