| Abstract: | Висвітлено соціальні характеристики неповнолітніх злочинців, причини їх злочинної поведінки. Значну увагу приділено чинникам, що впливають на вчинення злочинів: неблагополучна сім’я, недоліки навчально-виховного процесу, проблема вживання неповнолітніми алкоголю, наркотичних речовин. Зазначені деякі напрями запобігання злочинності неповнолітніх. Освещены социальные характеристики несовершеннолетних преступников, причины их преступного поведения. Значительное внимание уделено факторам, влияющим на совершение преступлений несовершеннолетними: неблагополучная семья, недостатки учебно-воспитательного процесса, употребление алкоголя и наркотиков. Обозначены некоторые направления предупреждения преступности несовершеннолетних. |
| Description: | This article is devoted to problem of minority’s criminality. The radical changes in the political, social and economic conditions in the public consciousness of Ukrainian citizens who have brought in a lot of positive public life, however, led to an aggravation of the differences among young people. The ability to allocate them, to understand the causes and interdependencies, provide ways to address them for the benefit of young people in the state (in general and the youth policy of the state), professional (the efforts of specialists) and an individual (the efforts of young people themselves) levels significantly could improve the situation of young people in the country and opportunities for self-determination of its life, intellectual, moral and physical development, realization of creative potential for the benefit of both its own and Ukraine. Criminological characteristics of reasons and conditions favoring crimes commitments in large city, reasons of crimes in general is made, on the basis of which suggestions for removal some of them in order to reduce the amount of committed crimes in large city are given. Much attention is devoted to the factors which become the causes of crime and offences that lead to the criminal mode of life: problem family, lack of educational process, taking alcoholic drinks and drugs. The article deals with the social institutions influence on achievement of personhood of a teenager; the role of a family is analyzed in the process of socialization of a child; it is stated that any warp of a family leads to negative consequences in the development of a person; the author gives a brief account of family upbringing’s drawbacks which lead to deviant behavior of the underages; suggests some directions in the work with disadvantaged children with the purpose of preventionism of juvenile delinquency. The author of the article examines the prevention of minority’s criminality in close relation to the general prevention of criminality in Ukraine. The results of researches of crimes in Kharkov are presented. In the article reveal the impotance of sociological methods (questioning, analysis of documents, observasion) for investigate of minority’s criminality. |
