| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню ґенези законодавчої регламентації та впровадження в правозастосовну практику України повного фіксування судового процесу технічними засобами, а також формулюванню на цій основі універсальних криміналістичних рекомендацій щодо реалізації даного конституційного принципу судочинства в усіх видах судового процесу шляхом упровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій, призначених для фіксування аудіовізуальної інформації. |
| Description: | The article is dedicated to examination of the genesis of legislative regulation and implementation in the law enforcement practice of Ukraine of full-scale recording of judicial proceedings through technical means and formulation on this basis of universal criminalistics recommendations in regard to implementation of this constitutional principle of judicial proceedings in all types of litigation based on introduction of modern information technologies designed to record audiovisual information. |
