| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию целей и задач тактических решений в криминалистике. Осуществлен анализ понятий «цель» и «задача» на основании определений, изложенных в философской и психологической литературе. Названы признаки цели тактического решения и раскрыто их содержание. Осуществлена классификация целей тактического решения, обосновано ее практическое значение. Рассмотрено соотношение терминов «цель» и «задача», выделены их отличительные признаки. Подчеркивается, что цель всегда адаптируется в задачи, так как по своей познавательной сущности она является более высокой степенью абстракции. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to research of aims and tasks of tactical decisions in criminalistics. The analysis of concepts "aim" and "task" on the basis of decisions of the stated in philosophical and psychological literature is carried out. The signs of aim of tactical decision are adopted and their maintenance opens up. Classification of aims of tactical decision is carried out and its practical value is grounded. Correlation of terms "aim" and "task" is considered and their distinguishers are renowned. It is underlined that an aim always adapts oneself in tasks, because on the cognitive essence is the higher degree of abstraction. |
