В статье анализируются теоретические и практические вопросы организации и деятельности территориальных органов центральных органов исполнительной власти в Украине, их правовой статус, задачи деятельности, место в системе территориальной организации власти. |
| Description: | The article analyzes the theoretical and practical issues of organization and activity of the territorial bodies of central executive bodies in Ukraine, their legal status, tasks, activity in the system of territorial organization of power. The system of territorial bodies of central executive bodies is complicated both on a territorial basis, and on a system-functional. These institutions in terms of implementing the powers are not of individual character, and realize the powers of central bodies of executive power. In this regard, we can state lack of independence of data subjects though by all indications they are organs of the state. |
