dc.description	In the article authors consider some challenging issues connected with ensuring the rights of persons during application to the latter criminal procedure detention. The authors have analysed the degree of compliance of relevant rules of the Criminal Procedure Code by officials in the process of practical application. Based on the analysis, the authors highlight the typical violations of the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code, which are permitted in criminal proceedings for apprehending persons.	en

Авторами проведений аналіз ступеню дотримання посадовими особами відповідних норм КПК у процесі їх практичного застосування. На підставі проведеного аналізу наводяться типові порушення вимог КПК, що допускаються при затриманні особи у кримінальному провадженні.	en

Авторами проведен анализ степени соблюдения должностными лицами соответствующих норм УПК в процессе их практического применения.
