| Description: | The problem of implementation of the principle of transparency in the electoral process has been investigated in this scientific article. The author states that the openness of elections is an important and fundamental principle of their conduct. The concept of publicity and transparency of elections, the standards of the electoral process, the participation of citizens in ensuring of the transparency of the elections have been discussed. |
