Abstract: The article explores the history of the development of content and formalization in today's general international law of the norm on the human right to a favorable environment in supply chain. In the study of internationally known UN documents on the protection of the environment (Stockholm Declaration 1972, World Nature Charter 1982, Rio Declaration on Environment and Development 1992, Johannesburg Declaration 2002, etc.) and the analytical reports on this subject (Brundtland Report 1987, the report of Ksentini 1994, the reports of JH Knox presented to the UN Human Rights Council from 2012 to 2017), the authors of the article focused on the development of the process of individualization this right. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of documents adopted by the UN Human Rights Council from 2012 to the present. Abstract: The article discusses the features of legal knowledge ontology creation. It is determined that ontology is the most appropriate way to describe legal knowledge. The particular qualities of legal information and the features of the language of a right were investigated. A review of legal knowledge ontologies that are used in various branches of law was made. The properties of legal information and the requirements for regulatory documentation in Ukraine were described. The formalization of the structure of the ontology database was presented, taking into account the required attributes of the concepts. The methodology of the work with the knowledge base was proposed to use the independent work of many users. The legal knowledge ontology at the law university was filled by all users of the software package, but experts checked the quality of this content. Crowdsourcing was considered as the main technique of the ontology filling process. Several branches of the ontology of legal knowledge were filled. Abstract: The article considers the development of international cooperation in the field of environmental protection in the historical aspect. The genesis of the emergence of environmental problems and their assessment by the scientific community are analyzed. The historical stages of the formation of the system of international legal environmental protection, its goals, principles and main tasks are examined. Particular attention is paid to international, regional and bilateral treaties that regulate international cooperation in the field of environmental protection.
